Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital visibility purchases are generally final.
HypeSpot provides digital ranking and visibility services.
Because sponsored ranking and visibility can be activated and delivered digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased service has been activated or delivered.
No-change-of-mind refunds
We generally do not refund a purchase because a customer:
- changes their mind
- does not like their ranking position
- receives fewer clicks than expected
- receives fewer impressions than expected
- does not receive sales or leads
- expected a different result
- sees another listing perform better
HypeSpot sells visibility and ranking, not guaranteed business results.
When a refund may be issued
A refund may be considered when:
- The same payment was accidentally processed more than once.
- HypeSpot charged an incorrect amount.
- A technical failure prevented the purchased service from being delivered.
- HypeSpot cannot provide the purchased digital service.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
- HypeSpot determines that a refund is appropriate in exceptional circumstances.
Refund method
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Processing time may depend on the payment provider (such as Razorpay or Dodo Payments), issuing bank, card network, or selected payment method.
Payment-provider disputes
Payment disputes and chargebacks may be handled by the relevant payment provider, bank, card network, or other financial institution.
Users should contact HypeSpot first when the issue relates to the HypeSpot service so that the issue can be investigated and resolved promptly.
